Jordan Reilly (she/Her/HERS)
certified athletic Therapist, practicing kinesiologist
Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, Jordan is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Practicing Kinesiologist. Her main focuses in the clinic are helping clients understand their injury and collaboratively work with clients to get them back to their regular activities.
Growing up in Victoria, Jordan did competitive gymnastics and spent lots of time in the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and biking. Through sports she experienced how an injury can be overwhelming and that the right team for rehabilitation can show you injury is not something to be tackled alone. Athletic Therapists assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries, (acute and chronic) in order to determine the best rehabilitation plan. Through manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation techniques Jordan looks at how to best manage the current injury and prevent recurring injury. Each treatment plan is catered to the specific individual, their injury, activities and lifestyle. Jordan takes a whole-body approach to an injury to determine the root cause and educate clients through the rehabilitation process.
If you have an acute or chronic injury, aches and pains or feel as though your body is preventing you from your lifestyle goals, I would be happy to collaborate and help you reach your optimal health.
